Founder & President
In 2010, I founded Stepping Stone Consulting as a direct result of my concentrated studies and decades-long career focusing on Program Management that increases effectiveness and reduces risk in government IT program offices. As a result, of our firm’s deep commitment to strong communication, measurement, transparency, and collaboration, we have helped numerous Federal IT programs by delivering tangible results that improve business processes, risk exposure, performances, and operational outcomes.
As the President, my goal is to provide an environment where our dedicated staff feels valued, challenged and supported, as they pursue and advance a career at Stepping Stone Consulting. I firmly believe that providing our employees with a balanced approach to work, home, family and health help them, and us, thrive.
