Founder & President
In 2010, I founded Stepping Stone Consulting as a direct result of my concentrated studies and decades-long career focusing on Program Management that increases effectiveness in government technology. As a result of our firm’s deep commitment to strong communication, measurement, transparency and collaboration, we have helped numerous Federal IT programs by delivering tangible results that improve business processes, risk exposure, performances and operational outcomes.
As the President, my goal is to provide an environment where our dedicated staff feels valued, challenged and supported, as they pursue and advance a career at Stepping Stone Consulting. I firmly believe that providing our associates with a balanced approach to work, home, family and health help them, and us, thrive. I also believe that those benefits are passed on to our customers through exceptional leadership and service.
Our consultants bring experiences from across numerous Federal agencies in Program and Acquisition Management support. Having earned master’s degrees, PMP and Agile Scrum master certifications, as well as Defense Acquisition University (DAU) training, they leverage their educational and professional experience, in conjunction with best practices, across our current contracts.
