2024 Reflection and Celebration

As 2024 draws to a close, we sincerely thank our Clients, Partners, and Vendors, who have been essential to Stepping Stone Consulting’s (Stepping Stone’s) success this year.  Together, we’ve marked significant achievements and delivered results in the face of challenges, proving the strength of our partnerships.

Here are just a few of the major accomplishments our clients achieved in 2024:

• Two clients successfully entered and navigated the Acquisition Adaptive Framework (AAF) Software Acquisition Pathway (SWP).
• Several clients deployed Minimum Viable Products (MVP) to their users.
• Each client transitioned Executive, Program, and/or Product Leadership while focused on delivering their critical mission.
• One client established and chartered its Program Management Office (PMO), which implemented processes, standards, and governance and improved stakeholder communication and project success.

We applaud these remarkable accomplishments and are honored to partner with you in reaching these milestones. We look forward to our continued collaboration in 2025!

We are also proud to highlight some of Stepping Stone’s milestones this past year, which include:
